Standard Rental Agreement / Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

By booking Airport Arrival, Airport Departure, Point-to-Point, Private Chauffeur, or other transportation services with BrayJay Executive Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservation Requests & Confirmation

All reservation requests submitted to BrayJay Executive Services are subject to review, approval, availability, and pricing verification.

A reservation is not confirmed until it has been accepted by BrayJay Executive Services and all required payments have been successfully processed.

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to approve, decline, modify, or cancel any reservation request prior to confirmation.

Payments

Airport Arrival, Airport Departure & Point-to-Point Services

  • The full reservation amount will be charged after the reservation has been reviewed and accepted by BrayJay Executive Services.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Private Chauffeur Services

  • Private Chauffeur Service is billed at the applicable hourly rate and is subject to any minimum service requirements advertised or quoted.

  • Reservations originating within the Central Arkansas Metro Area will be charged according to published rates.

  • Reservations requiring chauffeur pickup outside the Central Arkansas Metro Area may be subject to a different rate and will be individually quoted before acceptance.

  • Full payment of the quoted amount is required before the reservation can be accepted and confirmed.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Additional Stops & Waiting Time

For Airport Arrival, Airport Departure, and Point-to-Point Services:

  • Customers may request additional stops during service for an additional fee of $20 per stop.

  • Additional stop fees may be charged to the card on file or collected in cash at the completion of service.

  • Each additional stop includes up to 5 minutes of waiting time.

  • If the chauffeur is required to wait longer than 5 minutes at any stop, an additional waiting fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.

  • Waiting time charges are separate from and in addition to the additional stop fee.

Vehicle Capacity

Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity at any time.

Service Delays & Mechanical Issues

BrayJay Executive Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, accidents, construction, law enforcement activity, flight delays, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a mechanical breakdown during service, BrayJay Executive Services will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transportation when available. If service is interrupted, compensation, if any, will be limited to the value of lost service time at the company's discretion.

Customer Conduct

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers:

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited unless expressly authorized by BrayJay Executive Services.

  • Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products is prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Standing through a sunroof, hanging out of windows, or engaging in unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Passengers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

The chauffeur reserves the right to immediately terminate service without refund if any passenger:

  • Engages in illegal activity;

  • Becomes abusive, threatening, or disruptive;

  • Creates an unsafe condition for the driver or vehicle;

  • Damages company property;

  • Refuses to follow chauffeur instructions; or

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

The customer is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party during service.

The following fees may apply:

  • Carpet burn fee: $300 per occurrence

  • Seat burn fee: $300 per occurrence

  • Excessive cleaning fee: $250

  • Biohazard or sanitation fee: $250

  • Repair or replacement costs resulting from passenger-caused damage

  • Loss of vehicle use due to passenger-caused damage requiring repairs

Additional charges may be assessed based on the extent of damage.

Overtime Charges

Service extending beyond the scheduled reservation time may be subject to additional charges.

For hourly services, overtime may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be provided at the company's discretion. After the grace period expires, additional charges may apply.

Personal Property

BrayJay Executive Services is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in a vehicle.

Passengers are encouraged to verify that they have all belongings before exiting the vehicle.

Right to Refuse Service

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to refuse, deny, or terminate service at any time for safety concerns, unlawful conduct, violations of these Terms & Conditions, non-payment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the chauffeur or company representative.

No refund will be issued if service is terminated due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Service Area

BrayJay Executive Services primarily serves the Central Arkansas Metro Area.

Reservations originating outside the Central Arkansas Metro Area may require a custom quote, additional travel fees, and approval before confirmation.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation, submitting a reservation request, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions through our booking platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and BrayJay Executive Services.

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
