Photoshoot & Media Rental Policy

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

This Photoshoot & Media Rental Policy applies to all customers who reserve a BrayJay Executive Services vehicle for photography, videography, promotional content, social media content, advertising, marketing campaigns, or other media-related purposes.

By submitting a reservation request, making a payment, or participating in a photoshoot or media rental session involving a BrayJay Executive Services vehicle, you agree to the following terms.

Reservation Requests & Confirmation

All reservation requests are subject to review, approval, availability, and pricing verification.

A reservation is not confirmed until it has been accepted by BrayJay Executive Services and all required payments have been successfully processed.

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to approve, decline, modify, or cancel any reservation request prior to confirmation.

Deposit & Payment Requirements

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required once a reservation request has been accepted.

  • The remaining balance will be charged no later than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation date and time.

  • Reservations booked within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation date and time require full payment immediately upon acceptance.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until all required payments have been successfully processed.

Permitted Use

Photoshoot and media rental services provide access to the vehicle as a visual prop for approved photography, videography, and promotional purposes.

Permitted uses include:

  • Photography sessions

  • Videography projects

  • Promotional content

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Social media content

  • Brand collaborations

  • Editorial projects

  • Other approved media-related uses

All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Photography & Media Services

BrayJay Executive Services provides the vehicle only for approved photoshoot and media rental reservations.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, BrayJay Executive Services does not provide photographers, videographers, camera operators, editors, production crews, models, makeup artists, stylists, or any other creative professionals.

Customers are solely responsible for arranging and compensating any photographers, videographers, production personnel, or other service providers involved in their project.

The reservation fee covers use of the vehicle as a prop only and does not include photography, videography, or media production services.

Vehicle Access & Operation

BrayJay Executive Services vehicles provided for photoshoot and media rental services are intended solely as photographic or video props unless otherwise approved by the company.

Customers, participants, photographers, videographers, assistants, and crew members are not permitted to operate, drive, move, reposition, or transport the vehicle at any time.

Vehicle operation is restricted exclusively to authorized BrayJay Executive Services personnel.

Customers and participants may enter, exit, and pose in or around the vehicle as directed by BrayJay Executive Services, provided such activity does not create a safety risk or risk damage to the vehicle.

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to restrict or prohibit any pose, activity, or use of the vehicle that may result in injury or damage.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Standing, sitting, jumping, dancing, or placing excessive weight on the vehicle roof.

  • Standing on the hood, trunk, windshield, windows, mirrors, or other fragile vehicle components.

  • Climbing onto the vehicle without prior approval from BrayJay Executive Services.

  • Using open flames, fireworks, smoke bombs, pyrotechnics, or hazardous materials near the vehicle.

  • Applying tape, adhesives, decals, paint, powders, glitter, confetti, or substances that may damage the vehicle.

  • Bringing animals onto or into the vehicle without prior approval.

  • Modifying, altering, tampering with, or removing any vehicle equipment or accessories.

  • Any activity that may reasonably result in damage to the vehicle or create a safety hazard.

Customer Responsibility

The individual making the reservation is responsible for:

  • Their own conduct;

  • The conduct of all participants, guests, photographers, videographers, assistants, and crew members;

  • Compliance with this policy; and

  • Any damage caused during the reservation period.

Vehicle Damage

The customer assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle during the reservation period.

Charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Repair costs

  • Replacement costs

  • Professional cleaning costs

  • Loss of vehicle use while repairs are being completed

  • Administrative expenses associated with repairs or claims

Damage fees may be charged to the payment method on file.

Cleaning Fees

Additional cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle requires cleaning beyond normal use.

Examples include:

  • Food or beverage spills

  • Mud, dirt, sand, or excessive debris

  • Glitter or confetti

  • Smoke odors

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Bodily fluids

Cleaning and sanitation fees may be assessed based on the condition of the vehicle.

Safety Requirements

Customers and participants must comply with all instructions provided by BrayJay Executive Services.

Unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to stop any activity deemed unsafe or likely to cause damage to the vehicle.

Assumption of Risk

Customers and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with posing in, around, or near the vehicle.

BrayJay Executive Services shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from:

  • Unsafe conduct;

  • Failure to follow instructions;

  • Improper use of the vehicle;

  • Actions of participants, guests, photographers, videographers, assistants, or third parties.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to refuse, deny, or terminate a photoshoot or media rental session at any time due to:

  • Safety concerns;

  • Violations of this policy;

  • Illegal activity;

  • Disorderly conduct;

  • Threatening or abusive behavior; or

  • Risk of vehicle damage.

No refund will be issued if service is terminated due to a violation of this policy.

Relationship to Other Policies

This Photoshoot & Media Rental Policy supplements and is incorporated into BrayJay Executive Services' Standard Rental Agreement / Terms & Conditions and Cancellation, Refund & Modification Policy.

In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive provision shall apply.

Policy Updates

BrayJay Executive Services reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the company's website.
